Program Model

Our international training programs are fully customizable to meet each client’s unique needs.
Below is an overview of our standard Program Model, covering the typical structure, content, and estimated costs.

Process Flow

Step 1 Needs Assessment Pre-training consultation & hearing
Step 2 Preparation Curriculum design & logistics
Step 3 Implementation On-site training program
Step 4 Reporting Impact evaluation & report
Step 5 Next Planning Theme discussion for follow-up

All consultations and meetings are conducted online. On-site field surveys and stakeholder interviews can be arranged as needed.
For participants who cannot be away from their home country for an extended period, pre-departure training sessions can be offered locally to reduce the length of the in-country program.
