Program Model

Program Model

Our international training programs are fully customizable to meet each client’s unique needs. Below is an overview of our standard Program Model, covering the typical structure, content, and estimated costs.

Process Flow

Step 1 Needs Assessment Pre-training consultation & hearing
Step 2 Preparation Curriculum design & logistics
Step 3 Implementation On-site training program
Step 4 Reporting Impact evaluation & client report
Step 5 Continuous Support Planning Planning for ongoing support and next steps

All consultations and meetings are primarily conducted online, but in-person meetings are also available. When needed, we visit the client’s location to conduct preliminary surveys and stakeholder interviews, ensuring the creation of high-quality international training programs. For participants who cannot be away from their home country for an extended period, pre-departure training sessions can be offered locally to reduce the length of the in-country program.

Training Structure

Our training is conducted in English. If needed, it can also be conducted in the client’s native language with an interpreter.
