ABITAD designs and delivers international training programs in Japan for government officials, civil servants, and public sector delegations. We support capacity building for ministries, municipal governments, and public agencies seeking to learn from Japan’s administrative systems, governance practices, and public service delivery models.
Who This Program Is For
This training program is designed for:
- Government officials and civil servants seeking professional development in Japan
- Ministries and public agencies planning a study tour or study visit for staff
- Public sector delegations exploring technical cooperation programs with Japanese institutions
- Organizations coordinating capacity building training for government personnel
Our Approach
ABITAD is a newly established company, and we are still building our own track record as an organization. At the same time, our team brings hands-on professional experience — developed prior to founding ABITAD — in designing and coordinating international training and technical cooperation programs for government officials. We draw on this experience, together with ABITAD’s network of Japanese public institutions, subject-matter experts, and program partners, to design training programs tailored to each delegation’s objectives. We welcome inquiries to discuss how we can support your organization’s training needs.
