Program Model
Our international training programs are fully customizable to meet each client’s unique needs. Below is an overview of our standard Program Model, covering the typical structure, content, and estimated costs.
How It Works
Process Flow
All consultations and meetings are primarily conducted online, but in-person meetings are also available. When needed, we visit the client’s location to conduct preliminary surveys and stakeholder interviews, ensuring the creation of high-quality international training programs. For participants who cannot be away from their home country for an extended period, pre-departure training sessions can be offered locally to reduce the length of the in-country program.
