Not every organization’s training needs fit neatly into a single theme. Beyond the programs featured elsewhere on this site, ABITAD designs fully custom training on virtually any subject — built from the ground up around your organization’s specific objectives, together with Japanese public institutions, subject-matter experts, and program partners.
ABITAD can also arrange experiential and cultural programs that complement — or stand independently of — professional training: cultural exchange, homestay with Japanese families, traditional martial arts, snow sports, and sailing. These programs draw on Japan’s cultural depth and geographic diversity, from mountain regions to coastlines, and can be combined with a training itinerary or arranged as a standalone experience.
Our Approach
ABITAD is a newly established company, and we are still building our own track record as an organization. At the same time, our team brings hands-on professional experience — developed prior to founding ABITAD — in designing and coordinating training and experiential programs across a wide range of themes. We draw on this experience, together with ABITAD’s network of Japanese public institutions, private companies, subject-matter experts, and program partners, to design programs tailored to each delegation’s objectives — whether the request fits a familiar theme or requires something built entirely from scratch.
